About Imm1 Defence
The immune system is made up of various organs, cells and proteins, which protect the body from harmful foreign bodies that can compromise your health.
When you are born you inherit a certain level of immunity from your mother, known as innate immunity. As you grow you are exposed to different pathogens from the environment which help to develop your adaptive immunity. These two types of immunity combined are responsible for detecting, fighting, removing and 'remembering' foreign bodies that you encounter every day, all of which contribute to a speedy and forceful immune response.
Generating an immune response is a complex, multi-tiered process which requires considerable energy and resource. This is why we can feel a little run down when we are exposed to bugs. The effectiveness and the speed of your immune response changes as you age and can also be affected when your immune system is under pressure (such as exhaustion or stress). Your immune system is also connected to your ability to recover from injuries, which also changes with age.

I have been taking these capsules for over 2 weeks now and feel good. My acne prone skin also seems to be improving which has been really great. My mouth does feel a bit dry while I have been taking the capsules, but nothing a lovely cup of tea can't fix. Would recommend.
